This hospital is also Seventh Day Adventist, but the director is Catholic. From my interview with him, he frankly stated that no resident should feel forced into practicing in a manner that seems conscientiously wrong with their beliefs. As a resident you would still be required to work with the staff, residents, and patients to allow patient satisfaction without compromising your own beliefs. —Arthur Aragones
