The One More Soul Canada Holy Bear Project was launched to increase awareness. In honor of Mary, our Blessed Mother, the color light blue was chosen for the bear. “The Creation of Adam” is highlighted on the Bear’s grey tummy with a gold ribbon representing the truth and beauty of the Church’s teaching. The precious gold feet on the bear’s left foot is an exact size of those of a 10-week-old unborn baby and is widely used in promoting a culture of life. The Holy Bear (represented by the official Holy Bear symbol on its right foot with a gold halo) is carrying a full quiver on its back. The quiver is full of gold arrows which represents the invaluable treasure –children!
