The use of contraception creates multi-faceted problems from physical, emotional, spiritual harm to familiar and social distress. We pray for healing of the pain suffered by real people and the healing in every area to transform our society. We want to promote the civilization of love, one life at a time and build a culture of life.

In accord with the Code of Canon Law, I hereby grant the Nihil Obstat for the Novena Prayer “Novena for Healing from Contraception.”

The Imprimatur (“Permission to Publish”) is a declaration that a book or pamphlet is considered to be free of doctrinal or moral error. It is not implied that those who have granted the Imprimatur agree with the contents, opinions or statements expressed.

Practically speaking, widespread use of contraception has led directly to massive increases of divorce and abortion. Personal union and yearning for fertility are written physically into the structure of sexual relations, and shutting down one of these aspects hurts the whole relationship.There are practical, workable steps we can take to regain the overflowing life that God desires for us.
