The Catholic Medical Association, Southwest Ohio Guild will host a seminar titled “Assisted Reproductive Technologies: Theology and Science.” The presentation, by brothers Fr. Earl K. Fernandes, S. T. D., Dean of Mount St. Mary’s Seminary and Ashley Fernandes, M.D., Ph.D., will be May 19, 2010, at 6:30 p.m. in the Sears Recital Hall at the University of Dayton. This presentation will address fundamental moral issues related to fertility care and will explain methods of treatment that are morally acceptable. This program is free and open to the public. It is intended for medical practitioners and lay people.
